I always have been fascinated about different company cultures and how they affect issues ranging from employee relations to corporate profits. I particularly am intrigued by how all our relationships -- work, with family and friends -- are critical to success. The discussion of company culture at Zappos, the online footwear and clothing retailer, in an article I recently read entitled Culture Shock resonated with me. It got me thinking about how much impact we actually have on the people and projects in our lives.
